Festival Information
Car Parking
The car park gates will be open from 6am
until 6pm, please follow yellow directional road signage to the visitor
parking. Disabled parking, with a valid disabled badge, is next to the
event entrance accessed from the showground main gate, please follow
road signage directing you there.
Catering
There are plenty of catering areas throughout the
festival and a picnic area on the concourse with views to the Grand Ring
offering a Pimms bar and various local and british producers selling
their tasty wares from hog roasts to buffalo ice cream.
Dogs
Unfortunately dogs are not permitted into the Festival.
Please do not leave dogs' shut in a car at any time (the RSPCA have authority to remove it, breaking in if necessary).
Disabled Facilities
Disabled visitors are most welcome with dedicated viewing areas within the main arena and Parelli Pavilion. Unfortunately no ticket discounts are offered for disabled customers, but an assistant's ticket will be issued free of charge if required. Please contact our Disabled Bookings line on 0844 581 0700 (24 hours).
